Hiyah! It's the last day of the holidays today! So sad, it feels like we haven't taken much time off. It honestly only feels like a few weeks ago, we finished doing our final exams. And I can't believe I'm starting year 12 tomorrow! I'll be in university in two years time. Wahh, I don't want to grow up :( I like being young and not having responsibilities haha. I mean, when I was young, I always wanted to grow up but now I just wish I could be a kid again. I can definitely relate to the movie, '13 Going On 30' now haha.
So to spend the last day of holidays, my friends and I went to the beach just to hang and have some fun before school starts. It wasn't anything special, we were only there for like 2ish hours because I had to go to a orthodontist appointment (to get my braces colours changed! And I think they tightened it but I can't exactly feel it so I'm not too sure). The beach was really fun because we did this 'Jumbo Jelly Bean Challenge' where the rules are like 'Chubby Bunnies' but instead of marshmallows (because we've done marshmallows before), we used these huge jelly beans! Using jelly beans is much easier than using marshmallows because the marshmallows dissolve in your mouth while you're still doing the challenge but with the jelly beans, they only dissolve a tiny bit after a few minutes. My friend and I tied, with us both having 10 jumbo jelly beans! So fun, I truly recommend you try this version out. But don't keep putting more in if you think you'll shallow one whole or choke on one!
Whooppppppp! I changed my braces colours! It's not black and white instead of red and green (for a christmas theme). I chose black and white because that represents a panda! Panda's are one of my favourite animals so I just thought it'd be a good idea since I'll only have braces once in my life, might as well pick meaningful colours.
Ah! Yvonne just bought 6 new nail polishes! They're all colours that we don't have already. Yaaaay! She bought lots of glittery ones and one metallic blue. I'm super excited to try on the metallic blue one because I always see photos of people's nails having metallic nail polish on tumblr which made me always want to try it out because they look so different (in a good way)! I'll show you guys once I've put the nail polish on. Sadly, I can't put nail polish on until Friday night/Saturday because of school starting tomorrow, they'll definitely check if you've got the correct uniform.
